Right now I’m moving forward with outsourcing as best I can. There’s opportunities obviously and there’s no doubt outsourcing will give many operators the edge in the times ahead.
Are you looking into outsourcing marketing services, graphic design, video production, data entry? Once you understand how you can use the power of outsourcing to make your life that much easier you understand how incredibly effective and important it is.
I have a growing team of workers who know what they’re doing. That’s how I’m able to provide the services and create the business opportunities I do.
I’m looking at revamping a couple of flagging business ideas now that I have the muscle behind me.
The thing it comes back to is sales and marketing. There’s no point having a team behind you if they’ve got nothing to do - you still have to provide leadership by creating work and opportunities for your team to move you forward.
The first site I am looking to build up is www.graphicdesigncheap.com
my graphic design business. It’s in a sad state. Great little domain with potential to rank internationally for “cheap graphic design” The big problem I’m having there is there’s not much proof that we deliver professional graphic design there.
I already stupidly ran some ppc adwords campaigns to get things started without really recognising how sales were going to happen. With something like graphic design on the web, consumers are going to want immediate examples of excellence.
I’m having enough trouble customizing themes so I’m starting off getting social by creating accounts at www.flickr.com and www.deviantart.com.
Mainly so I can source images to the blog and galleries - probably even a flickr plugin for the blog so people can easily browse the standard of work.
I’m going to get some articles going up on the back end of the blog because it will be very hard to start ranking any time soon without at least 10 good articles worth of written content.
That’s when I’ll begin outsourcing SEO tasks.
Here’s what a complete SEO backlinking campaign would look like
- Search engine submissions 1000+
- blog posts with backlinks 300+
- Article submissions 300+
- [if a blog] Blog directory and RSS feed submissions 60+
- Do follow blog commenting 20+ comments on niche related blogs with PR
That’s a serious amount of links.
I can arrange this for you for $399, I’ll even help you with your article and blog post to go out. Email me matt, kurbpromo@gmail.com for a killer SEO and google search marketing service.
But a month after this goes down, I should be getting some traffic, it still won’t be any good though until I improve the presentation - design is easy, coding is the hard part - and then really start leveraging some propositions.
Really create some disruption perhaps heading into the local, offline market at that point. See with outsourced workers you really have to think about what you’re doing, The information is online; if I need a list of every school, church or business that may require graphic design I can get an assistant to take care of that, and this way dynamic marketing ideas that just may pick up traction can be executed withou tto much intensity.
So basically, once I have my presentation down to a point that I can satrt developing ppc adwords campaigns that won’t fall flat on their face, I’ll be flying.
Here’s to cheap graphic design!
Needless to day if you need cheap graphic design, small business marketing or even help with outsourcing for your business, why not bundle it up into a package and talk to us about how the digital environment is REALLY changing the way we do business.
