So in launching my new niche web based service sites - all 19 of them at once - I’m just going to bring them up to where my other niche sites are in terms of marketing, because I actually have to prove I can generate revenue from them in order to get the best money for them in a year.

And this is where you can learn.

You can start by recognising why I’ve gravitated toward building web properties as a business, because my skill is in marketing a business, not in running it, so I just want to build the brand and get out.

Also, I realised I could bundle the business with my marketing services and attach the price of 6 months business marketing services to the price of the business.

Typically, when you’re flipping a small blog site on the hop, you’ll aim to have 10 high quality original articles on it to bring it to a standard. You want your site with at least 5000 words spread over a dozen pages, to have significant enough content gravity to grow search engine authority - also make sure all the pages link nicely together.

This is stuff you do to build value into the asset for the buyer. A potential buyer who is more likely than not also an internet marketer and webmaster wants to see that a site is well designed for marketing and search purposes because the buyer knows what a site that is already making regular income should feel like.

You gotta cover these basics if you want to promote a business or website online successfully, for whatever purpose, flipping, or long term concern.

I’m not going to sell any of my new web based businesses next year for decent money if I can’ show they are getting regular business within 6 months. So that’s what I’ll be talking about.

So I’ve got a domain name, keywords is what I’ve gone after, nothing fancy. I’ve slapped a wordpress blog on there, and I’ll be getting ready to post up at least a dozen articles in the next month or two, so that’s a good 200+ 500 word articles to prepare. But when you’re launching a new venture, it’s important to create revenue as quickly as possible in order to give you the stamina to stay alive in it.

That’s why when we’re building a new business I will launch straight into the proposition, I just log into wordpress, and I start a new page not a post, a page.

Now go into settings and set a static front page as your “prices” or “fees” or “services” page.

This means that whenever someone comes to the home pages of my niche sites such as youtube promotions, which is where they’re most likely to inevitably arrive, the first thing they’re going to get are propositions.

They’re going to know that I mean business because the deals going to be right there on the table.

Obviously this is a work in progress, but it’s an example of where I want my other sites to be in 2 months. Youtube Promotions .com already has a PR2 for Google authority.

Persuasive copywriting will have to play it’s part, but right now we want to get some price tags on the kinds of services and products we want to provide.

The price breaks that are going to provide that balance of value between being an attractive and competitive offer while still being profitable.

You’re going to need persuasive copywriting that addresses your targets needs, clear propositions clearly illustrating benefits your product and service offers, and then followed up by accessability, a clear chain of events that is going to provide the potential customer with their purchase.

This is why I believe it’s so important to include your email contact quite clearly at all opportunities so that clients looking to lead into a purchase are able to contact you easily.

Never underestimate this. Just because you think you’ve made yourself accesible to customer service contact, this might not be the visitor experience at all and you could be losing your first sales.
